The location was great! We liked the electronic shade, which was great for sleeping, making the room dark. The bed was very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise, we slept great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We visited the bar and had good food and the bartender was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

London is a vibrant city with so much to do and see.

London is a vibrant city with so much to do and see. When in London I highly recommend going to see a show at one of their multiple theaters you will not be disappointed. I think you can book on line at Ticketmaster or something like that. You also have all the museums and historical buildings - plus the new ones you can go up and view all of London. Don't forget the shopping (Covent garden markets) and just floating down the river instead of caching the tube or bus.

We saw a lot of London sights over the three days, we walked every day, as the weather was good. Enjoyed Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, walked the Embankment and London Bridge. We found lots of green spaces where we stopped for lunch among the locals, such as Bloomsbury Square and Grays Inn Fields and even a small Church in Soho. Loved Chinatown and Covent Garden. Lots of places to eat, including The Real Greek and sat outside for fish and chips at Rock and Sole.

Has become dirtier and more unsafe for the past few years.

Has become dirtier and more unsafe for the past few years. That said, it's a great city with loads of things going on. Now that I no longer live in London, I realize the price points of almost everything is ridiculous but doesn't necessarily equate to good value. Still 8.5/10 - will travel again if needed. Maybe living outside the M25 has changed me. 🤣

It is my favorite city to visit and has been for over 30...

It is my favorite city to visit and has been for over 30 years. The old quote " if you are tired of London, you are tired of life" is still applicable. The theater district is the world's best for the spoken word. We toured the Old Globe and saw Ewen Mcgregor on his west end return and a marvelous Brian Cox in The Score. We ate at Dishoom Indian restaraunt at the Covent garden location and again at Tottenham road which was closer to our stay in Maidavale. The weather was dry and warm so we went to Kew Gardens and walked amongst the bluebells. The tube is still the best way to get around London and people are still polite and will offer seats to older riders. Make sure you have good shoes as you will probably be walking 20000 steps plus and many of the tube stops do not have elevators so difficult for anyone that may need wheelchair assistance. Lastly do the British Museum once..research an area that intrigues you and then when you come back again, explore a different area in depth

I managed to decipher the London Underground.

I managed to decipher the London Underground. Easter holidays are definitely not to visit London, but it was a stopover to attend something more important. It seems that an ocean of people had descended upon the place, along with their prams and children. Very few I encountered were well mannered or considerate. Even when you book you still have to queue to enter certain sitesm especially if it is free entry. Otherwise, prices can be obscene, and it is best to take you own food and drink. I would recommend planning ahead and prioritising key visits. If you do not have much money, just check out the parks and admire all the architectural delights. Plus be wary of phone thieves and other opportunists.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of south London. Very quiet despite being so close to Balham high street and the train station. Lots of room for everybody, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with Andy and Georgia. We picked this apartment as it was close to where our daughter works in London. We’ve stayed at many hotels and apartments in the 3/4 years she has lived there and this has definitely been our favourite.

We chose this hotel because we were going to the ABBA Voyage concert. We are very satisfied. Good apartments close to Stratford transport hub. I have never stayed in London so far from the center. A new and positive discovery for me. I definitely recommend this hotel. For London, the price and quality are super. Big shopping mall and everything else close by. Since we flew through Heathrow, getting to Stratford was easy via the Elizabeth line. I liked everything!

We were in the travel business for 40 years and have stayed and inspected hundreds of holiday apartments . This is equal to , maybe better, than many of the top apart- hotels in London or elsewhere. The photos in the website were accurate. And very quiet.
