In July 2019 Simon & Kara took over the running of Berry House bed and breakfast. They have both worked within the hotel industry for over 25 years and decided now was the right time to run their own b&b. The bed and breakfast is housed in a quaint red brick house which is a ten minute walk from the town centre, 1.1 miles from the train station and 800 metres from the beach.

Berry House guest accommodation was designed to receive short term guests in a high quality comfortable environment. Each room has its own individual generous supply of hot water and its own independent heating system which allows guests to set their own room temperature. Please note all our rooms have free high speed Wi Fi, tea and coffee tray with bottled water, flat screen tv, hair dryer and a selection of complimentary toiletries. We have our own car park to the front which is well lit after dusk. Guests have their own entrance to Berry House and all rooms are independent from the main house, we have three twin rooms and one double room that all have en suite facilities. We have two level access ground floor rooms and two first floor rooms. We are five minutes from the centre of Littlehampton with all its restaurants, bars and bistros. Littlehampton train station is 1.1 miles away.

Littlehampton is home to superb sandy beaches, a bustling marina and harbour with stunning contemporary architecture. The seaside attractions include the unusual East Beach Cafe, family friendly Harbour Park and the seafront Long Bench. Nearby is market town of Arundel with Arundel Castle and Arundel Cathedral which are full of history, heritage and charm. Also nearby is the Goodwood Estate which is home of the famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Glorious Goodwood.
