Tipton was nice it was just our accommodation that was awful cosy serene flat ...... The family below we're shouting in a language we didn't understand ... Dog continually barking couldn't get any sleep there and had to drive home on less than 1 hours sleep a d then at 3:15/ 3:30 someone was banging on their door to be let in them more shouting window didn't close properly so heard the traffic from main road all night also smoke alarm continually bleeping ...... No wifi ( even though it says wifi) but it's smart TVs so you have to use your own mobile data from your phone if you want to watch the tv and there was all dried on toothpaste over the taps in the bathroom
