No longer a working farm, East Trewent Farm has been transformed into restful, welcoming guest accommodation close to Freshwater East beach and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. In the heart of the National Park, we are just a few minutes' walk to the beach and a stone's throw from Barafundle Bay, Bosherston Lily Ponds and all the stunning beauty of South Pembrokeshire, its wildlife, castles and host of other attractions. Our comfortable Bed and Breakfast rooms are in a separate building to the main farm house, offering freedom to come and go as you please with your own front door key. The en-suite B&B rooms, in converted 19th century farm buildings, are well furnished, comfortable and cosy with free Wi-Fi , organic cotton bedding, locally produced organic toiletries and Welsh woollen throws from the mill at Tregwynt. We source as much as we can from within Pembrokeshire or make it ourselves: the refreshment trays include homemade biscuits, we make all our breakfast marmalade here at East Trewent from organic Seville oranges, and we only use fresh organic Welsh milk, never UHT. Breakfast is cooked to order with plenty of choice for meat-eaters, vegetarians and vegans and is guaranteed to set you up for the day exploring this beautiful corner of Wales. Guests have shared use of the sunny terrace as well as the comfortable sofa in the breakfast room. There is plentiful parking and storage facilities for boats, bikes and other outdoor equipment.

Within earshot of the sea at Freshwater East, we are also close to many other Pembrokeshire beaches, with Barafundle Bay, the tiny harbour of Stackpole Quay, the surfing beaches of Broadhaven South and Freshwater West just a short drive away. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is on our doorstep with stunning walks in all directions. Birdlife both on the coast and on the nearby Cleddau estuary is a particular attraction for many guests, while boat trips from Tenby and St Martin's Haven offer the opportunity to see seals and puffins. Just a few minutes away are the castles of Pembroke, Carew and Manorbier, evidence of Pembrokeshire's varied history, which can also be explored in the museums of Tenby and Narberth. This corner of Pembrokeshire is gaining a reputation for its interesting food, from local producers to innovative restaurants - and we're always happy to recommend good places to eat. Of course you may prefer just to relax on our sunny patio, watching the swallows diving around the farmyard, reading a favourite book or just doing nothing in particular...
