Company information

Hawarden Estate runs to several thousand acres of rolling wood and farmland and is best known as the home of four times Prime Minister to Queen Victoria, William Gladstone. Its foundations are ancient, but its outlook is exceptionally modern and it is home to a multi-award winning Farm Shop and restaurant, Wales’s AA Pub of the Year 2019, The Good Life Society and lots more. It is just inside Wales and within 15 minutes of Chester station making it at once uniquely secluded and accessible. Hawarden provides an excellent jumping off place for trips to Snowdonia, the North Wales coast and indeed Liverpool and Manchester.
