Contemporary 1 Bed Basement Flat (57m2) in an attractive period conversion on a peaceful cul de sac and sought-after garden square. Bright reception room with space for a dining area that seats 4 and an adjoining kitchen. Sliding doors lead to a double bedroom (King Size Bed 150 x 200) with an ensuite (shower, bath, toilet). The flat is a just a throw stone away from the south of Hyde Park, and within close proximity of all the amenities in Knightsbridge and South Ken (closest tube stations). Note that this is a Basement / Lower Ground Floor Flat. Access to the property is private via outdoors spiral stairs. DO NOT BOOK if you are not comfortable with access.
