Look this is a lovely hotel with fantastic views down to the Ruver Thames and the rooms are very comfortable but wouldn't have room 67 again as far too dark and noise overhead. Also noise from laundry cupboard next door.
Would stay again but ask for different room.

I appreciated being given an upgraded room - it was basic but had everything I needed. Location was close to shops, restaurants and the local railway station so it was all walkable. On the downside, the internal sound insulation was poor so there was some noise from rooms downstairs. And the lighting in the room was very dim.

The cottage was perfect for us with every thing we required in the correct place. The area is very quiet and we had no disturbances. The ambience of the cottage was cosy and relaxed. We hope to return again.
