Good location and free parking. Good facilities are clean and tidy. Had WiFi and Good tv availability important with 2 young children. Close to local shops lidl and aldi and town centre of Bootle. Easy to get into property and good community with owner. Not a negative, but be aware the flat we stayed in was top floor lots of stairs so maybe not suitable for people who don't do stairs. Thank you again. I will look at staying in future when visiting family and area

Convenience for visiting Litherland and Crosby especially with the grand national being on. Was nice and quiet, handy with restaurant downstairs. Didn't hear any traffic and parking.

They need to sack the cleaner as it had not been cleaned in months the bath mats were filthy the skirting boards were something else I ended up cleaning it myself the best I could with what products was provided..I literally couldn't sit staring at the skirting boards any longer!! 90pound was an absolute rip off really we had no wifi which he said he'd check if the router was working...there was no router in the apartment so that was a con
