*IMPORTANT Please note that from 20-24/6/25 there will be a Labrador dog on the premises. She will be out all day and in her crate at night. She is in no way aggressive and loves cuddles and attention.*
FAMILY HOME ENVIRONMENT
The Platinum Room hosts a king size bed and a travel cot.
The Gold room hosts a small double bed.
Each room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and a fully stocked fridge.
We offer good value for money bed and breakfast with lots of added extras. If you are hungry or thirsty help yourself to a drink and snacks, you are welcome to use the rest of the house.
Female safe space, locks on bedroom doors that lock from inside & outside.
Decorated in a calming restful boutique style to give you the best possible nights sleep so you wake up feeling refreshed for your day ahead.
EV charging on-site, added cost of charge.
Maximum house occupancy 4 adults, including mum.
First and foremost this a family home from home, I want my guests to come in, take their shoes off, relax and enjoy their stay.

Pretty quiet area, set in a cul-de-sac comprising of 7 family houses.
No Uber in Chelmsford.
We are on the C2 bus route.
C2 bus Broomfield Hospital or city centre, takes 10 minutes.
Walk to city centre around 25/30 mins.
Direct trains to Norwich or Liverpool St.
30 mins by car from Stansted.
Close to Writtle Uni and 25 mins walk from ARU
