I had an unforgettable stay in Bushmills during my recent trip through Northern Ireland. This charming village proved to be the ideal base for exploring the iconic Causeway Coast. Everything was conveniently close—Giant’s Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Ballintoy Harbour, and White Park Bay were just a short drive away.
The area is peaceful, safe, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. I particularly appreciated how easily accessible local amenities were—grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants were all within walking distance. It made the stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free.
My accommodation at 12 Distillery Court was exceptional: clean, spacious, and well-equipped for families. After long days of sightseeing, it was always a joy to return to a warm and welcoming home. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent.
Bushmills offers the perfect balance between small-town charm and access to world-class landscapes. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to explore the Antrim coast at a relaxed pace.

Lovely area, close to Gaints causeway, and other attractions, locals are friendly and helpful, local pubs and cafés are great, lovely food, we loved that we felt very safe walking around.
We stayed at the Bushmills Hostel, it was safe, clean and friendly, there is a shared kitchen but if your like me and love a very early cupa while your still in bed bring a travel kettle and bottle of water for the room,
Loved our stay and will be back again.

We were staying in Bushmills as we came to watch the NW200 motorbike road racing nearby. Bushmills is lovely with everything you need for a nice stay. Plenty of amenities and next time we come a visit to the Whisky Distillery will be on the cards.

I have been visiting Bushmills for many years.
I have been visiting Bushmills for many years. It is one of only two places that I revisit each time I come to Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland. I have many fond memories of people and places and Bushmills holds a special place in my heart.

Fabulous meal at the Bushmills Inn.
Fabulous meal at the Bushmills Inn. Carvery food was delicious and the portions were spot on with quick and friendly service. There were 2 supermarkets opposite each other just along the road from the accommodation which was useful.

Bushmills is a hidden little gem.
Bushmills is a hidden little gem. Beautiful small village offering nice local places for dinner, local shopping and close to natural landmarks. We felt at ease walking and shopping the Main Street. The nearby beach has so many stunning viewpoints and areas and to visit including The Giants Causeway and visitors center and Dunlace Castle and White Rocks Beach. We could have easily spent another day or two in Bushmills.

Dog friendly, spacious kitchen diner, well equipped, new kitchen units and appliances. The en suite shower was also new and worked really well.
Parking directly in front of the house.
Within a short walking distance to the town centre, the Old Bushmills Distillery and a Spar shop.
Host was always available on the phone to answer any queries or questions I had and was generally very helpful.
Bushmills is an excellent base for exploring the Giant’s Causeway and coastline, literally just a few miles away.
We have stayed many times at the Causeway Hotel and it never disappoints. The room we had was very spacious and recently refurbished and the view was stunning. We had a delicious evening meal and enjoyed every minute of our stay in the Causeway Hotel. We got free entry to the visitor’s centre included with our room which was great and a guided tour of the Causeway which is beautiful. So a great hotel in a perfect location.
Beautiful room in beautiful surroundings with a friendly and attentive host. Perfectly placed to explore all the key sites along the northern Irish coastline! Would 100% recommend and if ever in Northern Ireland again, will definitely be staying here!
Beautiful house, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, great BBQ and outdoor facilities, all within walking distance to Bushmills Distillery. Hosts responded promptly to sort out some beginning of season issues.
