The Studio Apartment are located on the first floor in a newly renovated house. It consists of a living / sleeping room with open plan kitchen block, bathroom equipped with shower. Fast Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. It consists of a living / sleeping room with one double size bed or 2 single beds and open plan kitchen block, bathroom with shower. The total size is about 25 -30 m². The living / sleeping room is equipped with a large Smart TV. These device can be connected wirelessly to mobile phones and laptops or, alternatively, the devices are also equipped with an HDMI cable. The sockets at the bedside are equipped with a USB charging port. You have a fully equipped small kitchen block with induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and microwave. Cutlery, dishes, pots and so on are available for preparing small meals. The studio is equipped with several cupboards to store your personal belongings and clothes. There is also a desk with stools and seating area with table. A smart system with various direct and indirect light sources that can be dimmed via a remote control ensures pleasant lighting. For your privacy, the windows are fitted black-out blinds. The duvet and pillows are freshly made, towels are ready for you. There are a few extra sofa cushions for watching TV. Let us know if you need another blanket or more towels. In the household room, which is generally accessible, there is a laundry machine & tumble dryer (use for a small fee) as well as iron and ironing board. Parking is available directly on the house's own car park or if it is full, there is free parking on the street in front of the house. Check in and out is fully automatic. The front door is secured by a Nuki lock and the studio flat by a combination lock. You will receive a message via Bookin with the access code on the day of arrival.
