In the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Penrhiw Priory is a 5-minute drive from coastal views of Ramsey Island, an area home to sea birds, seals and dolphins. Each individually decorated bedroom at Penrhiw Priory has a contemporary and minimal style. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi and designer furnishings. The luxurious common areas of this period property consist of of stylish lounge areas and a drawing room, with floor-to-ceiling windows and original fireplaces. Dinner is available at Blas Restaurant, located in our sister hotel, Twr y Felin, St Davids, which is just a 5-minute drive, or 15-minute walk away from Penrhiw Priory. The property is 10 minutes’ walk from the center of St Davids. The surrounding St Davids Peninsula has some stunning scenery and coastal walks, and guests are only a 5-minute drive from the St Davids City Golf Club. Guests can book all 8 bedrooms at Penrhiw Priory exclusively on a self catering basis. A continental breakfast is offer daily.

Property info

Penrhiw Priory is an intimate eight bedroom property which is categorised by Visit Wales as 5* Guest Accommodation. Penrhiw Priory is available on a bed and breakfast basis for individual guests, which includes a continental breakfast, or it can be booked for self-catering exclusive use by one family or friendship group. Breakfast is a Continental offer, available between 8.30am and 9.30am. Guests are able to upgrade to a cooked breakfast at our sister hotel, Twr y Felin for an additional supplement that will be detailed upon booking. The room keys can be collected from sister hotel, Twr y Felin. For 24 hour assistance, we have a Duty Manager on call. As a hypoallergenic property, we cannot accept pets. Penrhiw Priory is not suitable for those with walking difficulties and is a non smoking venue throughout. Please call us for further details. Our fully serviced Hotel Twr y Felin with Cornel Bar and Blas Restaurant is a just a few minutes drive away. * We do not take payment in advance, except for non-refundable bookings, so you will need to settle your bill, at the venue, on checkout.

It is just a 7 minute walk to the Cathedral and St Davids City Centre, and a few minutes drive from Whitesands Beach. Set in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, there are many circular walks available from Penrhiw. We will be delighted to offer our free concierge service on arrival. In the city of St Davids, is Oriel y Parc which is not only the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Visitor Centre, it is also home to a National Museum Wales Class a Gallery. Home to the Grahame Sutherland Collection.

Originally built in 1884, Penrhiw Priory is a listed building. We are currently renovating this historical stonework in order to restore Penrhiw back to its best. We hope that the work will be completed by September 2019 and that you will choose to stay at our sister properties Twr y Felin Hotel or Roch Castle in the meantime.
