Nestled away in a quiet spot, yet still only a stones throw away from Perranporth high street and beach, lies this traditional Cornish bungalow newly modernised and brought back to life. Retaining some of its original charm including Piano and Fireplace. A sizeable lawned garden and private drive for up to 4 vehicles, an ideal spot for a family or group of friends for a beach holiday.

A hotspot for the UK. Perranporth boasts one of the largest sandy beaches in the country. The town has its unique charm and locals are friendly. The natural landscape is what we love most about living here, dramatic cliffs and sea views are best enjoyed walking on the coastal paths.
