Very clean and organised rooms. Very welcoming space with good quality furniture and complimentary snacks and even sherry in the room! Location was amazing, on the town centre, close to the main sites to see in Moreton-in-Marsh. The breakfast had many food options.

A serene glamping escape immersed in nature! The Bell Tent at Fossewold Farm offers a perfect blend of seclusion and comfort. The tent is well-appointed with cosy chairs, ambient lighting, a blanket box, and an incredibly comfy bed. There’s even a delightful fire pit to gather around under the stars. The location is superb—you feel at one with the countryside, yet it’s an easy drive to explore charming Cotswold villages like Blockley. Plenty of lovely walking trails nearby as well. The friendly manager, Georgina, checks in beforehand, and you’re met on arrival. Fantastic value for a magical stay!
This boutique hotel is located alongside the A429, a minute’s drive from the charming market town of Stow-on-the-Wold. In the heart of the Cotswolds, it has free Wi-Fi and free parking.
Nice place ruined by appalling bus service, appreciate it...
Nice place ruined by appalling bus service, appreciate it was bank holiday but it is a tourist place and a bus every two hours is not good enough. Waited 30 minutes for bus and when eventually arrived drove straight past as it was full. Ended up spending £30 on a taxi for an eight mile journey.

We stayed one night in Moreton in Marsh before visiting family in Cheltenham. It was perfect. Before arriving in Moreton we visited Hidcote National Trust. We had a pleasant wander up and down the main road before dinner. There were plenty of nice pubs and restaurants. We had a wonderful meal at Bellini's Italian Restaurant. Next day we visited Chastleton House. Another National Trust property.

The High Street was great - quintessential English village.
The High Street was great - quintessential English village. Lots of restaurants and shops. Close to the main train station, as well as local transport (be careful the bus times are very limited, often only once every two hours, so you need to plan properly!). The surrounding areas are also stunning, and there are footpaths which are marked out.

We stayed at the White Hart Royal [as did Charles 1st, although, unlike us, he failed to pay his bill], which was not only a friendly, clean, and comfortable hotel but good value for money and a very good place to eat - we had breakfast and dinner there. The small town is beautiful, with a High Street full of houses built of mellow Cotswolds stone, and there is much free parking. We were only there overnight, but found time to visit the market, the numerous antique shops and charity shops, and the Cotswolds distillery near Stourton which is some twenty minutes away by car. The town is well positioned for a holiday in the Cotswolds and we aim to return.

Its a great place.
Its a great place. Great walks to exercise dogs even in the dark. The Swan doesn't served food on a Sunday evening but soon pointed me in the right direction to six places to eat at. I ate at the Aylesbury where well behaved dogs were welcomed. There were at least six other dogs in there at the time.

The town is continuing to expand, with many more lovely tea rooms and catering establishments to choice from without spoiling the high street.
The town is always spotless and streets well maintained.
Christmas trees and lighting 🎄 are beautiful and make the town look magical at night.
We stayed again at the lovely Redesdale Hotel, lovely rooms, cosy, very clean, food delicious and service excellent.
We also enjoyed dinner at the White Hart Royal Hotel and on both occasions the food and service was impeccable.
