A perfectly presented entire main door ground floor flat, newly refurbished to highest standards in this wonderful east coast Scottish seaside haven. Just 60 paces from a beautiful beach, close to all the golf courses, situated in a quiet central area of North Berwick . A 2 mins walk to the high street with a mix of eclectic shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Easy 8-10 min walk from the railway station. There are so many fun activities in the immediate area or just chill on the beach.

North Berwick is a beautiful beach town on the east coast of Scotland, with sandy beaches stretching for miles. An active historic harbour with a seabird centre and boat trips and world famous golf courses on the doorstep.
Our apartment is '60 paces from the beach' and a minute from the high street with restaurants and great local shops. Easy access in 35 mins by train to Scotlands capital Edinburgh. Many activities for all ages close by including, golf paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking, horse riding, farm park,bike hire, sea swimming and so much more...

Our flat is so central that you can access many town facilities on foot.
There is a free car park 20 meters from the rear of the property plus on road parking close by. Unlimited free parking on Melbourne road seaside only exclusive to vehicles under 7 feet.
There is further free long stay parking 5 mins away near the rugby club.
The train station is an 8 minute walk with hourly trains to central Edinburgh.
The town is well serviced by buses.
