Located a short walk from Bracklesham Bay Beach (5-7 mins) and close to the vibrant East Wittering village center. The Little House has a large king size bedroom with memory foam mattress, generous bathroom with shower over bath, and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a sofa bed in the lounge for overnight guests. Situated on a peaceful private estate, the house has access to a communal garden laid principally to lawn which guests are welcome to use. The house features coastal decor, crisp, fresh linen, coffee pod machine and flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom. The property is dog friendly. The location is fantastic for those who love walking, wind surfing, surfing and canoeing. Minutes from thriving East Wittering Village with its range of traditional shops and trendy cafes and restaurants. Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone and depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep you eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk East along the beach towards the villages of East and West Wittering. In East Wittering village you will find hoards of trendy surf cafes, restaurants and local shops.
