Placed in Alcester, the hotel is within a 30-minute drive of the lively centres of Worcester and Birmingham. The Throckmorton is surrounded by picturesque footpaths, which you can reach by crossing the river from the hotel grounds. Coughton Court, the National Trust property, is 5 minutes’ walk away. The bar serves a range of wines, beers and spirits from around the world, and there is a selection of real local ales to choose from. Breakfast is served every morning, with a cooked breakfast and Continental options available.
