Free local parking within 2 min walk. We have 2 dog friendly apartments (please let us know you are bringing your dog so we can check our property is suitable for you) Our 2 x 2 bedroom basement apartments (The Den & The Hideaway) have a secure quiet outside courtyard area (sleeping 6 & 7 guests) with picnic benches, these are accessed via the side of the property around to the rear courtyard with a ramp walkway suitable for mobility scooters. We have a 1 bedroom apartment (The Nook) sleeping up to 4 guests and a 2 bedroom apartment (The Studio) sleeping up to 6 guests on the ground floor, access from the front of the property. Our largest apartment (The Loft) is on the first floor which sleeps up to 6 guests, this is carpeted and we do not allow dogs/pets in this apartment. All our apartments have open plan living room/kitchen areas, private bathrooms, Smart TVs. Travel cots & high chairs available on request. Some guests will be accommodated on sofa beds/z beds. Centrally located for all the seafront attractions, 10 mins walk to the beach, local restaurants, pubs and takeaways within 50 metres. We also have 2 local golf courses (200m from North Shore Golf Course / 5 min drive to Seacroft Golf Course). There is a well stocked Co-op and Asda conveniently located across the road from our apartments (click and collect available for your arrival).
