*** Under New Ownership April 2025*** We have 5 fully furnished self contained holiday apartments available to rent individually for families and groups of up to 6 guests or the whole property can be booked for larger groups up to 20 + guests. modern decor, clean and family friendly. Situated on Roman Bank in Skegness, a 10 min walk from the train station. The bus stop with buses going to Butlins/Ingoldmells etc or back into town is approx 100 metres walk from our front door. Free local parking within 2 min walk. We have 2 dog friendly apartments (please let us know you are bringing your dog so we can check our property is suitable for you) Our 2 x 2 bedroom basement apartments (The Den & The Hideaway) have a secure quiet outside courtyard area (sleeping 6 & 7 guests) with picnic benches, these are accessed via the side of the property around to the rear courtyard with a ramp walkway suitable for mobility scooters. We have a 1 bedroom apartment (The Nook) sleeping up to 4 guests and a 2 bedroom apartment (The Studio) sleeping up to 6 guests on the ground floor, access from the front of the property. Our largest apartment (The Loft) is on the first floor which sleeps up to 6 guests, this is carpeted and we do not allow dogs/pets in this apartment. All our apartments have open plan living room/kitchen areas, private bathrooms, Smart TVs. Travel cots & high chairs available on request. Some guests will be accommodated on sofa beds/z beds. Centrally located for all the seafront attractions, 10 mins walk to the beach, local restaurants, pubs and takeaways within 50 metres. We also have 2 local golf courses (200m from North Shore Golf Course / 5 min drive to Seacroft Golf Course). There is a well stocked Co-op and Asda conveniently located across the road from our apartments (click and collect available for your arrival).

Central location less than 10 min walk to the dog friendly beach. Seafront attractions a 5 to 10 min walk, Town Centre 10 min walk. Near to local restaurants, pubs, chip shops (SALTS), Co-op, Asda, takeaways Bus stop less than 100 metres from property, regular buses running up to Butlins, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island, Mablethorpe or into town. Train station a 10 minute walk.
