Key collection is from 15:00, the keys are in a lockbox on location. Guests will be emailed check in details 48-24 hours prior to arrival. This information will include the apartment number and how to retrieve the keys from the appropriate lock box. These are located outside the main entrance to the apartment building. Keys must be returned by 10:30 on the day of departure. Any keys lost will result in a GBP 50 fee.
