The Jolly is a light and airy modern two bedroom cottage with off-road parking and a sunny enclosed garden. Each bedroom has a super comfy kingsize bed with upstairs family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. A well equipped kitchen leads through to the spacious living room with Smart TV, DVD and iPod dock. Doors open onto a patio with seating, ice cooler and barbecue. Located on a peaceful private road, it's great for children and dogs and just a ten minute stroll from the beach and harbour.
Our cottage's peaceful location on a private road with friendly neighbours makes it a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, just ten minutes' walk away so you don't need a car once here. There's even a secret off-road walk to the beach which we reveal in our guest manual.
You will have access to the entire house, garden and parking space. We use a key safe so you're free to check in at your convenience, any time from 3pm. There’s a welcome pack for guests (and dogs), complimentary toiletries and of course WiFi.
It's our pleasure to host you at The Jolly where you'll receive a warm Whitstable welcome. We offer a sparkling clean and comfortable space for you to relax and enjoy your seaside break. If you need recommendations for local venues or activities, we're always happy to help and share our local knowledge.
Whitstable is Kent's best-loved and most unique harbour town. Quaint and quirky, you'll find a huge range of pubs, bars, restaurants and coffee shops throughout its traditional high street and and maze of Victorian back roads. Criss-cross by historic alleyways from the bustling town to the beach; browsing dozens of independent local shops and tasty food outlets on your way.
You'll have your own off-road parking space and it's a short walk into town. We are close to bus stops for Canterbury and Herne Bay, and a fifteen minute walk to Whitstable station for trains to London St Pancras & Victoria, Margate and London.
