Stay in one of our converted loft rooms for easy access to the city and a homestay vibe. Both rooms are clean, light and have everything you need to have a comfortable nights sleep.
The bathroom, which is located on the same floor as the bedrooms is solely for guest use only so you will only be sharing with one other guest if that room is occupied. The bathroom is spacious, clean, modern and has complimentary toiletries. Towels are provided.
We are a young family who has hosted for a number of years. We have enjoyed meeting new people from all over the world and as being 'born and bred' in York we have extensive knowledge of the best areas to visit.
We are family who love sports (playing and watching), films and music.
Acomb is a local friendly community with nearby shops and takeaways within a few minutes walk.
The Crooked Tap, The Sun Inn and Indian Ocean are all within walking distance to get a drink , catch some live entertainment or sit in for a meal. Acomb itself has lots of local shops and a very nice cafe (Bluebird Bakery). There are some local parks to walk to and the bus stop at the end of the street.
