Located on the first floor of a family building, it offers excellent conditions for both relaxation and work, thanks to its soundproofing and thoughtful amenities. The apartment features two bedrooms: the first with two single beds that can be easily combined into a double, and the second with one single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with removable cushions, allowing a fourth guest to sleep comfortably. Amenities include 1 bathroom with a shower and a fully functional kitchen to meet your needs. Enjoy conveniences such as 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and bed linens. Each bedroom has windows with drying racks and wardrobes for clothing storage. Situated in the heart of Corfu's old town, the apartment overlooks a small, quiet alley, away from the city's hustle and bustle, making it ideal for remote work with Starlink internet connection speeds of up to 100 Mbps. It is just a few steps from the famous Liston square and the Church of St. Spyridon, with historical monuments, cafes, restaurants, and the local market nearby. Important Information: 1.The accommodation is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs (20 steps), as are all accommodations in Corfu's Old Town. 2. The apartment is self-catering and does not provide hotel services. 3. A set of keys is provided for security, and there is a key storage box at the property. 4. The apartment is not suitable for very young children, as it lacks protective mechanisms or railings (e.g., at the windows). However, it does have corner and outlet covers. 5. Thanks to the apartment's prime location, you can explore the beautiful old town of Corfu on foot, get lost in its picturesque alleys, and discover its historical monuments, museums, churches, and impressive squares that exude an atmosphere of Italian elegance. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park at the Liston square parking lot, which is about 70 meters from the apartment. Alternatively, you can park your car around the beautiful old town. Additionally, there is a taxi stand available in the neighborhood.
