I wouldn’t really recommend Pefkochori for young people, as there wasn’t much to do and the vibe felt more suited for a quiet, laid-back vacation. Also, the prices in the restaurants this season were just crazy – for example, a simple pasta was over 22 euros, which is a bit much. Pefkohori is a beautiful coastal town with a relaxing vibe and stunning beaches. The sea is crystal clear, the beach is well-maintained, and there are plenty of spots to enjoy the sun. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly locals. The sea is beautiful and clean, locals are polite and you can find nice places for drinks, refreshment and eat. On the other side, its very crowded and so hot. The beaches and the town was so overcrowded by the people (especially tourists from Serbia) that you might got claustrophobic from time to time. The place is small and not much to see. Service in the hotel and on the beach was very kind and polite. Beach up front of the hotel is the best in the Pefkochori, so you have a discount of 50% for the sunbeds if you are guest there. I;ve been on 11th september and the price for two sunbeds was 20 euros but you can use that money to buy coffee(one frappe cofee 5 euro) or snacks(one tortilla with chicken is 6 euro) on the beach.Guest review byHristijanNorth Macedonia
