The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space including an open terrace, covered terrace, and balcony. The holiday home features a refreshing shared pool for warm days. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Please do not leave your children unattended in the pool area. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests may use the pool during noon hours, respecting the privacy and rest of other guests from 3 pm to 5 pm. Tickets for boat excursions to the Marine Park, as well as rental boats for day trips, are available upon written request (no licence is required). The property is located just a 3-minute drive from the popular Agios Dimitrios Beach. Diving tours in the ancient shipwreck are also highly recommended (a licence is required).
