Το συγκροτημα βρισκεται σε υπεριψωμενη τοποθεσια , με το προνομιο τα διαμερισματα να εχουν θεα στο φυσικο λιμανι των Καταπολων !!! Σε ολα τα διαμερισματα μας υπαρχει κουζινα με δυνατοτητα μικρου γευματος με ηλεκτρικες εστιες , ψυγειο , καφετιερα , βραστηρα...! Παρεχεται δωρεαν WIFI σε ολους τους χωρους του συγκροτηματος. Το 'DIASINO SEA VIEW STUDIOS' απεχει 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το κεντρο των καταπολων , 5 χιλιομετρα απο την πρωτευουσα , 6 χιλιομετρα απο το μοναστηρι , 7 χιλιομετρα απο την διασημη παραλια του Αεραντου Γαλαζιου της Αγιας Αννας!!! Εχουμε δωρεαν δημοσιο χωρο σταθμευσης σε αποσταση 200 μετρων.!
