Company info

We are a family owned company that manages properties all around Greece and was established in 2011 in Thessaloniki. We love to offer in person warm hospitality to our guests and local tips for dining, shopping or any other activity that you may have in mind. Thessaloniki is our hometown and base of the company so we know all good spots, while in Halkidiki, Pelion and Mykonos we do manage and own some selective properties.

Property info

This luxurious villa on the south shore of Mykonos, offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Paros and Naxos. It is situated above a secluded beach only a few minutes walking distance from Lia beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island.

Neighborhood info

Lia is located at the Southeast side of the island and the white thick sandy beach is just 500m. away from the Estate. There you may find "Liasti" beach club that has a restaurant, lounge shaded area, a bar and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with very attentive staff. The beach has also another smaller company managing more sunbeds and there is also public space between them. The diving school located here offers courses, recreational dives and introductory dives for bothe certified and non-certified divers, while really interesting are the boat snorkelling trips they do offer at nearby island Dragonisi or around Mykonos itself.
