We are Lyam and Kathryn, a married couple with a rich blend of cultures. Kathryn, of South African and French descent, and Lyam, English and French but raised in Greece, have crafted a unique retreat that mirrors our diverse backgrounds. We divide our time between Athens and Andros, along with our baby daughter Mila and our dog Indi.
Our property, originally Lyam's family villa, has been lovingly transformed into a multi-level rental designed to offer our guests a memorable stay. Each level of the villa offers a unique experience, all unified by the stunning garden, breathtaking sunsets, and serene surroundings. We are excited to share our love for Andros and ensure you have a delightful stay in our beautiful home.
Nestled in the traditional village of Ano Felos, our villa offers an authentic slice of island life alongside modern comforts. Guests adore the proximity to local gems such as the charming Kosis Tavern, where delightful local cuisine can be savored. Just a short drive downhill leads to the popular and beautiful Felos Beach and the beloved Andreas Tavern, perfect for tasting fresh seafood by the sea.
Our property is conveniently located near Gavrio, the main port of Andros, which is just a drive away. In Gavrio, guests can explore a variety of shops, cafés, and a quintessential Cycladic town atmosphere. For beach enthusiasts, Zorkos Beach offers a pristine sandy experience, while Batsi, a vibrant seaside village, is only a 15-minute drive away. The historic town of Chora, with its museums and architectural charms, is a 45-minute drive from our villa.
Perched on a hill, our villa boasts panoramic views of the Felos Valley, stunning sunsets, and the tranquil Aegean Sea, all set against a picturesque olive grove backdrop. Just next to the old Felos school with its beautiful spring, our location is an ideal starting point for exploring. The area offers numerous hiking trails featuring old windmills and waterfalls, leading adventurers to undiscovered wild parts of the island, secluded beaches, and rich local culture.
