Property information

Beautiful, newly renovated, 4-star flats on one of the best locations in Pula. Besides an extra-size double bed, the apartments has a closet space, special space designated for suitcases, a mini bar, a very spacious and luxurious bathroom that is equipped with all the basics you might need and there is also a work space. If you want, you can enjoy an incredible, Istrian breakfast that will, for sure, make you ready for a beautiful day in Pula. The bus station is across the street, and in just 10 minutes you can be in the centre of the city. If you want to spend your day on the beach, it is just a 3 minute - walk away. There you can go on an adventure exploring caves in a kayak, or simply swim in cristal-clear sea. You can keep up with your fitness routine in an open-air gym that is also just meters away. For lunch or dinner you don’t have to go far in order to have a great gastronomic experience Istra is so famous for - a restaurant is just one floor under you. We are looking forward to welcoming you to your home away from home.

Neighbourhood information

Pula is the largest city in Istria County, Croatia and the eighth largest city in the country, situated at the southern tip of the Istria peninsula. A wealth of Roman architecture lifts otherwise workaday Pula (ancient Polensium; Pola in Italian) from the humdrum. The star of the show is the remarkably well-preserved Roman amphitheatre, smack in the heart of the city, which dominates the streetscape and doubles as a venue for summer concerts and festivals. Historical attractions aside, Pula is a busy commercial city on the sea that has managed to retain a friendly small-town appeal. Just a short bus ride away, a series of beaches awaits at the resorts that occupy the Verudela Peninsula to the south. Although marred with residential and holiday developments, the coast is dotted with fragrant pine groves, seaside cafes and a clutch of good restaurants. Pula is also a good base for exploring the protected Cape Kamenjak nature park, to the south, and the Brijuni Islands National Park, to the north.
