Location superb, 5 min walk into old town split, 5-6 min walk to the beach, room excellent and we loved the asthetics as it kept the history of the building, very comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast had everything you needed, variety for everyone & likes that breakfast included in the price.
The hotel provided beach towels also as we spent day at the beach.
Clean towels everyday, room immaculate. Staff were very polite, friendly and very helpful.
Special mention to Marco, from moment we arrived to the moment we left he was brilliant, gave us some recommendations (city view from viewing point unbelievable), nothing was too much trouble, really enjoyed talking football and about history of Croatia with him (Hadjuk Split).

Stunning Split stands proudly on the eastern shores of the Adriatic Sea, and due to its great climate is called the Mediterranean Flower. It features eclectic architecture, spectacular views and delicious cuisine.
Split is centred around the ancient Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian, a magnificent building constructed at the beginning of the 4th century AD and boasting limestone and marble towers, columns and courtyards. It lies in a bay decorated with white sails of yachts, as sailing is definitely Split’s big thing!
The city is full of architectural gems, one of which is St. Duje’s Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in the world, built in 305 AD and combining both Roman and Catholic influences. Nearby Varoš is a must-see, one of the city’s oldest parts, full of charming streets and beautiful houses.
Make sure you visit the Bačvice Beach and the Riva promenade, popular with locals and full of cafés and palm trees. While on the hunt for local specialities, try soparnik - wood-fired dough filled with vegetables - or local soda drinks Pipi and Orela.
So just pack your bags and head to Split Airport! Booking.com has plenty of sunny apartments, friendly guest houses and well-appointed hotels for your Split adventure.

Pluses: fantastic restaurants, incredible bakeries, and lots of places to just sit in people watch while having a great coffee. The shopkeepers and staff everywhere I went were incredibly helpful and open to talking about the pluses and minuses of their city. Never felt uncomfortable in anyway walking to and from the apartment. So happy to have everything just the way it was promised in the listing and then some.
Minuses: it’s early May and already very crowded. Residence indicate that the city gets crazy in the high season because of the number of visitors, but sensitive a large walking city with incredible options for where to walk and what to see. You should always be able to find some corner somewhere that’s quiet and private.

Many many tourists and competing day tour options. The old town is crowded and noisy, but we found Marjan Park to be a nice getaway day hike and beach swim, also Supetar was nice for a cheap ferry and cheaper beach beds. Feel Green was our favourite restaurant (healthy option poke bowls) after days of bread meat and cheese.

My partner and I stayed at this property as our first time in Croatia. The property was as advertised and clean with plenty of fresh linen provided. The apartment is a close walk into the old town of Split. There are two supermarkets next door. We had a lovely time staying in this apartment for two weeks. Everything works well. Igor is a great host and responsive to messages. Check in was easy with a key safe. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. It has great facilities and overall was our favourite place we stayed in Europe.
I booked at the last minute, and the host provided me with enough info to find this cute little place right on the edge of the old town. First floor access was very important for me, and it was an easy ~100 m walk from a parking lot (I had a lot of luggage to bring in, and I drove). Right near a great square that is a bit less touristy than elsewhere in the old town -- I went to Split to watch Croatia in the UEFA League of Nations final, and was not disappointed. Best location for exactly what I went to do!
The hotel has a great position near Bacviĉe beach just outside Split centre. We had a beautiful room snd the lovely personable staff made our stay very special.
Exceptional breakfast choice with a daily pianist made a wonderful start to the day. On Wednesday night the hotel has a good acoustic duo singing English and Croatian songs with food & wine package on offer too... Loved the beautifully planted terrace with its twinkling lights.
Really enjoyed our stay.
It has everything we needed in the room, and nice Seaview. About 7 mins walk to the old town , lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There's a supermarket down the road and a bakery off the other side of the road about 2 mins walk. The only downside is that the noise from the wind and rain gets really loud in the morning, and this kind of weather is really rare in May in Croatia
The location is fk crazing! Right in the middle of the old town you can see the tower from the window really nice view and most important of all one of my roommates is from Croatia 🇭🇷 talk me a lot about the tragic history between Croatia and Serbia and how nice it was around old communist time was really fun and interesting. really had a Gr8 time there
