The new and unique Villa in Novalja was designed to fulfill all your needs. Villa Laverna offers a heated swimming pool with a waterfall and a spacious sun deck. The sea and the local beach are only 40 m away while the center of Novalja is a few minutes' walk.
All apartments are luxuriously equipped and all have a sea view. Open space living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room that has a direct exit to the terrace.
Bedrooms are equipped with TV, own air conditioning and all apartments have 2 bathrooms, some additional toilet.
