ROOM FOR RENT in a very bright, completely renovated, modern shared apartment located in the city center Jewish quarter .
The independent fully nicely furnished room has a separate entrance and lockable door. The furnitures, mattresses, home appliances are brand new the apartment are decorated with a modern urban jungle design inclusive with all amenities. This master bedroom it’s very spacious, bright and cozy. It has his own living room and bedroom area . Kitchen , dining area and living room are shared with other two young guys. It has also a big bright spacious hall with a new washing machine.
From the entry hall you can reach a full bathroom with toilet and there is an other completely separated toilet also.
t’s located in the second floor in a quite and nice historical condominium os 4-story building, very bright as the windows overviews to the street, not the court yard so plenty of light and privacy is warranty. The apartment is fully renovated where windows, doors, dishwasher , washing machine, fridge and boiler were replaced with a brand new one.
The apartment has also a brand new AIR-CONDITION and super nice coffee machine, microwave, toaster. etc.
We are a young couple passionate about traveling and meeting people. We have more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and we currently run a company of local tour guides with rickshaws in Budapest. We are happy to give you advice on what to do or where to eat in Budapest, just ask for it.
The surrounding area is classic and elegant. The neighbouring streets are full of quality restaurants and cafes, where you can start and finish the day. Nevertheless our street is peaceful and quite, where you can relax after a long day, while you can still enjoy all the advantages of being in the center. It’s a great starting point to see all the sights in Budapest. The public transportation is perfect: 2 metro lines, 2 tram lines, and 2 bus lines are just in 1 minute walk from the apartment. Even you can reach many of the famous sights within a few minutes walk. New York cafe 2 min walk , Blaha Lujza tér 3 min walk,
