ONGOING CONSTRUCTION We would like to update you with some upcoming construction happening next door to the villa. We completely understand the importance of a peaceful stay, and while we can't completely eliminate the noise, we've taken steps to minimize the impact. Please know that we're incredibly mindful of your experience and are always available to address any concerns you may have. TROPICAL BUGS Please note that due to the villa's beautiful natural surroundings, occasional wildlife such as small animals may be present in the area. Our team is committed to ensuring your safety and comfort. In the rare event of an encounter, our security and pest control services are on hand to respond swiftly. Thank you for your understanding as we maintain the natural beauty of the environment. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the local's life! Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. The host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with a rice field view, but the road access is quite bad (not smooth and perfect). The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress, and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
