I consider myself a friendly person and educated. I carry out this work and always try to give the best to my guests, putting them at ease and giving them the best information possible to enjoy a good stay.

Property info

The structure consists of seven apartments. Three on the ground floor with private entrance and porch, one on the first floor complete with terrace, two lofts and a three-room apartment in Punta Ala . All furnished and complete with all comfort .

Neighborhood info

The apartments are located in Pian d'Alma, a good starting point because it is located between Castiglione della Pescaia , Follonica, Punta Ala snf Tirli. Just 3 km there is a parking Calaviolina , from which you can walk through a path in the countryside , the homonymous beach. Follonica and Castiglione , respectively 12 and 13km, are major centers full of shops and businesses. The area is very quiet . There is a garden around the house suitable and safe for children . The area is rich in forwards restaurants whose specialties range from meat to fish.
