The apartment is a penthouse! WE ACCEPT THE ITALIAN BONUS VACANZE!!! Absolutely quiet, isolated from the noise and chaos of the historic center. It is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, free wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, microwave, toast, coffee machine (moka), 2 full bathrooms (one with shower, one bath / shower).
I will be available for suggestions for your stay since the time of booking, I can help you book a taxi / van for transfers to and from the airport, I will be present at check in to provide keys, information on how to get to places of interest, and supermarket restaurants in the surrounding area ...
In the center of the Eternal City, the perfect base for visiting Rome and its beauty, close to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket. You are 400 meters far from the Spanish Steps 300 meters far from Metro line A (Barberini), 2 Metro stops from Termini Station. Reachable from Fiumicino airport by taxi or train to Termini and then 2 Metro stops (Barberini stop). Coming by car I suggest you the car parking Villa Borghese or Parking Ludovisi outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and then 400 meters walk. In Via del Lavatore, 20 meters far from the apartment, there is a garage (more expensive then Ludovisi Parking), but in the ZTL you can enter after 18:00 (on working days). The garage closes at 23:00.
