Perfect for a couple on holiday (it can accommodate a third person - preferably a child - using a comfortable armchair - single bed), it is also much appreciated by those who travel for work, university or health. In fact, it is a few steps from Via Tommaso Cannizzaro, the University Departments and the Court, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Cairoli and by car from the Polyclinic. Nearby there are numerous bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bakeries, restaurants and the bus stop so you can easily go out on foot, although the Messina - Centro highway junction is only 5 minutes away by car. The house does not have internal parking but is however surrounded by numerous streets where it is possible to park for free.

The thing that guests like most is the possibility of being in the center but at the same time staying in a quiet neighborhood, in Art Nouveau style, where you can do everything on foot, walking in the shade of the numerous trees on Via T. Cannizzaro and the Orthobotanist. The activities in the area are also very popular, including the numerous bars where you can try the various Sicilian delicacies, especially Bar Di Pietro, a few meters from the house which makes wonderful croissants that must absolutely be tried!
