Property info
Bed and breakfast Sa Branda is an old colonial structure of the agrarian reform of the '50s, expanded, modernized and beautified from 1990 to 1998. At that time the old main building was refurbished and turned into the current structure.
A few miles from the airport and from the city of Alghero, the country estate Sa Branda has several apartments with separate entrances, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and bedroom.
Every comfort is ensured by a flat screen TV, air-conditioning, and wi-fi.
Behind the estate lie the vineyards of the famous winery of Santa Maria la Palma: vines of Cabernet and Monica di Sardegna give way to the renowned white grape Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, whereas pine trees and palm trees surround the huge garden, rich in fruit trees.
The main building has two floors: the ground floor where my family lives and first floor where you will enjoy your stay.
Neighborhood info
South to the immaculate Nurra area and the beautiful beach of Porto Ferro, the estate Sa Branda is located in front of the provincial road 55bis that leads to the famous cliffs of Capo Caccia, with its stunning views over the bay of Alghero and principal point of access to the perfectly preserved Neptune's Grotto and the Natural Park of Porto Conte.
You can practise many sport inside the park like tracking, horsemanship, climbing, cayak and many others. Pubs and restaurants in the area where you can enjoy typical sardinian meals.
