The Cefalù Caldura House overlooks one of the most picturesque corners of Cefalù and enjoys direct access to the sea, crystal clear waters and breathtaking views of the beautiful Presidiana Harbor bay. The structure, recently renovated, consists of two apartments. The first one (6 bed spaces) offers: large living room-kitchen, master bedroom with sea view, bedroom two single beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine, sofa bed, TV, free WiFi, balcony. The second (3 bed spaces) consists of: living room-kitchen, master bedroom with sea view, bathroom with shower, terrace. This also offers TV, free Wifi, sofa bed and a small oven. Both apartments have direct access to a sea of crystal clear waters and populated with colorful fish (not sandy beach). Guests will enjoy the sound of the sea waves throughout the entire stay! Guests also have the opportunity to park their car in a parking lot inside the structure, upon payment and upon prior reservation.

The structure is located in one of the most suggestive areas of Cefalù. A beautiful walk connects you directly to the historic center of Cefalù (800 m) and from the port, not far away, every morning there are connections to the Aeolian Islands and several boat trips. From there it is also possible to enjoy a paid mini-taxi service. The structure is adjacent to a 5-star hotel that every Saturday night, from 01/07 to 01/09, opens its wonderful nightclub on the sea to the public. The hotel also has a sea view restaurant open to the public every evening. Not far away there is a second restaurant overlooking the Bay, La Tavernetta Restaurant. Finally, a nearby shuttle service connects the area to the city center.
