The Florence Luxury House is a refined recently renovated apartment located on the first floor, in a building of the early 900. The terracotta floors and the vaulted brick ceilings make the Florence Luxury House welcoming and characteristic. Perfectly furnished with an elegant and refined style, it consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a French bed. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need including first aid kit. All bath and bed linen are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an induction hob and an oven, which can be used both in the traditional way and in the microwave. Upon arrival will be at your disposal: a bottle of Chianti wine and espresso coffee pods. In the small but comfortable living area, there is a sofa that becomes a bed when needed. All rooms are equipped with smart TV, air conditioners / heat pumps, adjustable by the customer and free WI-FI. The apartment is equipped with an electromagnetic armored entrance door, so when you arrive you will receive a numerical code that must be entered on the keypad on the door.
