Ideally located on a side street of Strada Nuova, the main street of Venice, “Goodwind Apartments” are situated almost 100 metres from the famous palace of Ca’ d’Oro and only 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge. Only some steps from our apartments is also reachable Fondamente Nove, the waterbus station from where start all the excursions to the other island of the venetian lagoon (Murano, Burano and Torcello). Our apartments are situated on the first floor of the building, they are bright, welcoming and equipped with every comfort, free Wi-Fi included. “Goodwind Apartments 1” is furnished in modern style. The apartment – completely renovated in 2013 - has a surface area of around 40m2. It is composed by a spacious living-room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (also dishwasher), a dining area, a charming double room, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine and a typical balcony where is possible to enjoy a drink in the open air. “Goodwind Apartments 2” is furnished in a classic modern style with a master bedroom (Queen bed) furnished in classic style and a second bedroom (double french-size bed) furnished in a modern style. Just some steps away from the apartments there are: a fully equipped supermarket, a grocery store, a bakery, a wine store, a “take away” pizzeria, a pastry, a grocery store specialized in typical Italian products and everything you will need for those wishing to stay independently. In the characteristic quarter there are also a DVD store, a newspapers kiosk, an hairdresser for men and women and some restaurants and places where you will be able to enjoy the typical venetian cuisine.
