    A beautiful area, lovely setting with the caves and the lovely colour of the water below the cliffs. Boat trips ongoing all day accessing the caves most days. Easily walkable and restaurants not far away. Lots of work going on - possibly reinforcing car park area near the apartment. Lovely roof top restaurant in same street, outdoor trattoria a couple of hundred feet away. Habitat Coffee Shop was a delightful find and not far from the grocery shop. Pretty old town area and access to the newer town - shade and benches were much needed in the heat. Tuktuk tour interesting and gave one more idea of distances to places.

    Polignano a Mare is a lively little historic town, so quaint and friendly with narrow streets and nice little shops all carved into caves in the old town. The best time to go is when the RedBull Cliff diving competition is on each summer! The atmosphere is electric and the diving is amazing to watch. There isn't a huge amount to do there aside from eating out, pottering around the shops and taking a boat trip to the caves so a few days is plenty but well worth a visit. Trains are so cheap so you can easily visit other nearby towns like Bari or Monopoli.

    Welcoming little town with a charming medieval village, bubbly squares and stunning view points from the cliffs to the great blue sea below. Water is clear, you can see fish from outside the water! great temperature for swimming, even in May. Easy to walk around to the historical centre and to the Ermit island, on the paved pathway. Great food, amazing coffee and stunning ice-creams! Plus… it’s the land of Domenico, so it’s impossible not to sing Volare oh oh oh along as you go. Poetry can be found in nearly every little corner on the medieval town… truly relaxing and inspiring place. Also easy access by train from Bari and by car to Alberobello and Castellana Grotte!

    Polignano a mare Is beautiful, with great restaurants and amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got to know the local restauranteurs and the sights If you like scenic views this place is amazing. If you want a pool or sandy beaches this isn't the place, you'd need to stay further away.

    Interesting place with great 'old town' full of character.

    Interesting place with great 'old town' full of character. Bars, restaurants and cafes were great and very reasonable. The town is accessible by a very good and cheap railway. Regular services from the airport and from Bari all the way along the coast to fascinating historic towns, such as Alberobello, Monopoli and Lecce.

    The location was amazing, in the heart of Polignano a Mare, at 1 minute walking from the amazing Monachile beach. The staff is amazing, Marco contacted us a day before to make sure we know where to park, tell us how to get there. His tips about restaurants, bars and all the rest were just amazing! The house has all you need, comfortable, clean and so fresh that you don't even need to turn on the AC! I strongly recommend it!

    Best place we stayed in throughout our Italy holiday along with this beautiful city itself. Very spacious and very comfortable apartment. Everything you could want was considered including a washing machine and line with pegs. Easy to find with great secure parking and short walk to the city centre with a number of supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

    We really loved our stay here. Very good location. Close to the famous beaches and all the restaurants in Via Roma and Via Anemone. Breakfast was great. Lovely service every day. The staff were very helpful during our stay :) The spa area in the basement was also very nice! Will sure visit this hotel again in the future.

    The hotel was very conveniently located in the old town. The room was very nice in an old lovely building and it was always super clean. Staff was super helpful and helped us make reservations at restaurants and gave recommendations on how to get to nearby towns.
