My husband and I spent 5 nights at La Dolce Vita a Tropea in mid September to end our two and a half week honeymoon across Italy. From the second we arrived to the moment we left, the entire staff treated us like family. Even before arriving, the team was happy to help organize excursions and arrange to meet us in the main Piazza to assist with our luggage. Everyday they offered advice on what to do and even made dinner reservations for us at restaurants that they recommended to us. This boutique hotel has everything to offer, including the most beautiful views of the coastline of Tropea. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and evening cocktails on the terrace with the most magnificent views, including the perfect sunsets. We would highly recommend this hotel and are already planning to return next year. Special thank you to Giuseppe, Simone and Clare for taking such good care of us! We can’t wait to see you all again next year when we return.

Anna and Elisabetta will warmly welcome you in 3 languages and accompany your relaxing stay, at La Dolce Vita, to make it a great one. Maria Teresa makes sure that you wake up with the smell of freshly bakes croissants and italian cappuccino and can´t wait to serve you your favourite omelette while you are overlooking the sea. Roberta will take care to get your room ready and clean every day and makes sure that you always find coffee, tea and fresh water complimetary. Our gentle Giuseppe is from Tropea and he loves to prepare you a wonderful cocktail while you are watching the sunset and be helpfull to get the best dinner in town. We all made a promise .. Maria dell´Isola. Our terrasse is the stunning framework for a delicious continental breakfast and in the afternoon it will be an observation point for our incomparable sunsets while enjoying a classic italan aperitivo. The splendid position of la Dolce Vita inside the Palazzo Barone, an ancient patrician dwelling built on the edge of the Tropea coastline hoasts 7 rooms in an original style, the perfect combination of whimsical1950´s design and contemporary comfort. Our rooms are equiped with minibar, coffee maschine, water boiler, LED TV, WIFI, satellite programming, private bathroom with bathrobe, complimentary toiletries, shower, bidet, safe and desk. WHERE WE ARE Largo Migliarese, 3, 89861 Tropea VV La Dolce Vita is located in the heart of Tropea: on one side it offers an incomparable view of the islet of the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola, while the other sides of the structure overlook the historic centre. Being in the center of Tropea, the structure is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), therefore entry by car is prohibited. We remind you that entering the restricted traffic zone is punishable by a fine.
