Excellent, free breakfast, similar to that provided at an American hotel or motel. No sure if parking is officially free, however we were not charged. Parking lot was jammed with construction vehicles the day we arrived, but the very kind desk clerk gave up his parking space for us.

Great place to visit, lot’s of restaurants etc but need to choose the right one as some are not great and they charge more than 5 euros sometimes for service charges. Amazing tour in the vatican city, basilica and sistine chapel with a guide. I highly recommend.

we were there during a very particular time: the election of the new pope and the jubilee for bands and entertainers. So while Rome is always the Caput Mundi, what was happening in Rome during our stay was also very interesting.

So many things to do and see in Rome.
So many things to do and see in Rome. History right in front of you, fabulous art, and casual shopping. For those who don't want to book activities ahead I recommend the Pantheon, which is an amazing space for only 5euros and a manageable line to get in. The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona etc are within easy walking distance and are "open" 24/7. If you want to see the Vatican Museums (where the Sistine Chapel is) then you MUST book ahead on the official site to get the 20euro tickets. Otherwise you'll be facing a very long wait in line or a very high ticket price from 3rd party vendors. And while St. Peter's Basilica is a must-see in my opinion, St. John's in Laterno is also a papal basilica (with Holy Door) and is very impressive as well, with a much shorter line to get in.

Rome is filled with historic places that span centuries. The city is rich with art of all types. Decorative church are everywhere. The Romans certainly know how to eat. We had some wonderful meals, thanks to some recommendations from our hotel staff. Our trip was centered around the Caravaggio art exhibit. It was great.

Beautiful city. I didn't think we'd like it so much. The beginning of May is a great time to visit! Spring is in full swing and it's not too hot. I didn't know it was such a huge city with so many places to see.

What I like about Rome is that you do not have to go to the major tourist sites to experience the history of the city. There are many places to go that are off the beaten path that have their own charm and history. A good tip is to go to Rome around the 2nd week of January to get some great deals on quality leather goods and clothing. It is colder then, but you don't have to deal with such large crowds.

The building although found in the old city of Rome, was modern and aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious and clean and we were also offered water which we could refill from the hotel itself - who doesn’t love a sustainable act? The best part was the breakfast - so delicious and mouthwatering, I’ve never tasted such good breakfast at a hotel in Italy! The food was so genuine and fresh - pure delicacies of Rome! Finally, Erica the receptionist was so sweet and welcoming on our arrival and departure.
It was okay. The reception staff where friendly enough. The first night the electrics cut out after I used my adapter. I was subjected to some verbal abuse from an older gentleman. I'd used this adapter in other hotels in Rome and Italy without issue. We had to plug our adapter into one of their adapters to use our items. The building is jaded and needs money spent on it. The area is great but very busy. I've stayed in Rome many times and found the beds uncomfortable at this property.
The very best breakfast i have had in Italy, over the past 7 years of travelling around Italy. The hotel is a very well kept building and has a modern feel to it. The staff are all very helpful and especially the bar tender, who also oversees the dining area - Thank you. The location is not in the center of Rome and its a short bus ride to the nearest Metro station - but the busses & Metro are frequent and easy to use.
The host was very hospitable and friendly and he directed us to the best and nicest places in Rome! The room was in excellent condition and the hotel is in a perfect location. A bonus is that if you’re walking in to the city centre, you will walk past the most amazing Gelateria, Guttilla (definitely worth a try!) We will definitely be coming back and staying at Guest’s heaven if we are going back to Rome!
Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was great.
Lovely little rustic hotel, quinticential Italy. The location was great. Close to train and amenities.
Within walking distance to most of the sites of Rome.
Lots of small cafes to eat close by.
