The room was newly renovated nicely, however, was still missing some key components (table and chairs, shelving for items in bathoom, USB ports or plugs at bedside). The breakfast was adequate and served a long period of time. The view of the sea from the main patio was amazing! The manager / staff person was very accommodating as he got us some lounge chairs to use on the main patio. Would be great for a family or group on a seaside getaway weekend once the renovations are complete.

Great location next to the beach. The hotel restaurant had great food and drinks. The staff was very friendly as well.

Location is good, the place is clean, next to the ocean. Good breakfast, room is comfortable and spacious. The hotel was clean and prices of the bar for drinks and food is also fair, removing the need to go out to buy.

The city (Santa Marinella) was delightful, safe, charming, and very pleasant. The property manager was very helpful. The property (La Conchiglia) was very clean and nicely set up for a visit. The little open air patio that we had to ourselves next to the building (adjacent to other patios by fences) was a great place to relax. If you like bird watching (or listening) there are lots of birds to observe. Great cafes and restaurants within a convenient walk, as is the local grocery store.
