Set in Principina Terra in the unspoilt Maremma area along the coast of Tuscany, the peaceful Residenza Principina is a 10-minute drive from Principina a Mare, the closest seaside location. Its large grounds include 2 swimming pools and a children's playground. The independent apartments at the Principina Residence are spacious, modern, and air conditioned. They feature a private entrance and a garden with table and chairs. An LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchenette are provided. Wi-Fi is free.
