Villa Costanza is a fantastic property located about 1000 meters off the city of Maiori along the State Road 163. The Villa is composed by the house built into the rock and large outdoor spaces (1600 sqm) where you will enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the magnificence of the landscape. The interior of the house is composed by two bedrooms with sea view, two bedrooms internal , one bathroom and two bathroomes ensuite with cromo therapy showers and a large living room with kitchen; this area can be used as indoor dining room during wintertime. The outdoor space comes with different areas, the swimming pool (7X4 Mt, H 1,5 Mt), the Jacuzzi (4 seats), the belvedere, the solarium, the outdoor dining area equipped with a pergola to shelter from sun rays and rain all immersed in a green garden with flowers and lemon trees. A parking area is available from which a stairway of 87 steps leads to the entrance of the Villa. To sum up, the Villa has comfortable interiors, tastefully furnished and boasts of large and very panoramic outdoor spaces, the ideal place to enjoy unique moments in total relaxation and privacy in the backdrop of a most stunning sea view of the Amalfi Coast

The shape of the Amalfi Coast looks like a balcony suspended in half the cobalt blue waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the blue sky that many painters have tried to play over the years.
