Property information

Villa Durante is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche region located a few km from the center of Cagli. Surrounded by green hills in a dominant position, this villa is the perfect solution for relaxing holidays. The property is completely fenced-in and offers its guests a large garden with a panoramic swimming pool. There is a porch with table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining. Upon request it is also possible to go on horseback excursions starting directly from the property. The villa is on two floors both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large hall overlooking the dining room, a living room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a large double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower. From the living room a wooden staircase leads to a lovely mezzanine floor with two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a large living room with sofa, a bathroom with shower and laundry area.
