Villa Montagne & Lago is located on the hills in Villanuova sul clisi, just 15 minutes drive from the well-known town of Salò and Garda lake. Villa Lamadè is characterized by the breathtaking view over Lake Garda. The villa is divided into 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From here you access the living area with a panoramic view of the lake and the spacious furnished terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The villa does not have air conditioning, but this is not necessary thanks to the elevated position, as there is always a refreshing breeze. The swimming pool is slightly lower than the villa and has a very large solarium area with sun loungers, relaxation area entirely at your disposal. Private pool is at your exclusive disposal. The villa has a private parking space on the property and a second car can be parked in the cul-de-sac opposite the villa. Villa Montagne & Lago is perfect for those looking for a pure relaxation break.
