The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and Giraffe Centre as seeing the orphaned elephants and giraffes is a must see. The elephants are friendly and naughty with greedy giraffes making a bee line to the treats as you feed them.

Traffic in Nairobi is atrocious.
Traffic in Nairobi is atrocious. The better restaurants are very expensive, as everything seems to be geared towards European and US tourists who arrive with €, £ and $, not for people who come from other African countries with weaker currencies. Overrated tourist trap. If you are looking for a "Safari" experience, shop around a bit more and look at Tanzania, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana and South Africa.
The Kenyans we met and interacted with during our two-and-a-half work-related stay are either very friendly or terse and unfriendly, there seems to be no in-between, especially when they found out that we're from Southern Africa. Punctuality is not rated very highly in Kenya.

Nairobi has become a great destination for international travelers. Many shopping malls with everything available, good spots for take outs, pubs and favorite Nyama Choma (BBQ) like The LEGEND, The BULL, fine dining restaurants for food lovers like the Lebanese CEDARS RESTAURANT, etc.
Getting around Nairobi with Matatus or Uber is easy.
The City Park is an ideal spot for Family take out with fun activities for kids and feeding the monkeys!

Such a beautiful place to live!
Such a beautiful place to live! People are so kind and they greet you with a big smile on their faces all the time!
Loads of restaurants and shopping malls. Apart from rush hour traffic, which is normal in every part of the world, there is nothing to complain.
The weather is just perfect throughout the year.

We had a wonderful first touchpoint to Kenya/Nairobi here. Located a bit outside the city, the hotel is more like a resort with a huge park. We loved the walks, the staff, the breakfast and dinners. It is a great base to take some time out (after a long flight) and to explore Nairobi. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!
An excellent, reasonably priced hotel well situated and fairly equidistant between Nairobo Jomo Kenyatta airport and Nairobi Wilson airport for anybody making connections. We arrived late and left the next morning so difficult to fully assess but anyway happy to recommend as a transit hotel.
Located along Charles Rubia Road in CBD, it is ideal for travellers.
The sister hotel, Mariana City Space Hotel has amazing and yummy foods ranging from breakfast to dinner and of course, professional and friendly staff. I recommend.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful ! Locations is nice close to Nairobi CBD
Breakfast in morning is best quality and kitchen order plus room service very convenient
