Our stay at Shanthi Villa was nothing less than great. The room and common areas are clean, the staff are super nice and helpful. You feel like you are in a home rather than a hotel! The food was nice and the chef is flexible with your dietary requirements. It is the perfect place for a calm vacation away from the hustle and bustle of cities and you really forget what’s going on in the world in regards to Covid. We were welcomed so warmly and we will never forget our stay here :)

Loved Villa Shanthi. The best accommodation on our 3 week trip. What an amazing property.The manager and staff were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast was exceptional with 3 choices of English. Continental and Sri Lankan.We had the English which came with freshly home cooked bread and our first taste of real bacon. We also had the best rice and curry for our last dinner prepared and cooked by the on-site chef. The location is set in behind the hustle and bustle of the main road only 8 min to the beach.Nestled in wonderful kept tropical garden with an immaculately kept swimming pool which was the best we came across on our travels.The actual building is old English with the feeling of space and grandeur from the beautiful downstairs living areas with its beautiful chandeliers and art work to the massive undercover balcony outside the upstairs rooms. It was a pleasure staying here and will surely come back.
