The property welcomes a spacious one-bedroom apartment newly decorated featuring natural light and sun from 3 front balconies facing south including umbrella and outside seating to enjoy country views and sun. 65” Smart T.V. International channels, Air-conditioning, heating, and a drive- in for free parking. Open plan design leading to a lounge with sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests, dining table and chairs and kitchen areas carefully furnished and equipped to detail for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom features a 4 poster bed ceiling drapes and bathroom with shower facility en suite and also a guest second toilet. Can be ideal for unique events, romantic getaways, and relaxation.

Neighborhood Location; The sandy beach of Ghadira Bay is minutes’ walk away where beach clubs offer café restaurants and specializing in adventure water sports, sailing, pedal boats, paragliding, jet skis, speed boats, diving exploring fascinating prey-historic caves surrounding the coast and frequent boat trips around the island of Malta, Gozo and Comino. Dining in Mellieha can be a pleasant experience as most restaurants carry a good reputation catering to a variety of cultural cuisine Leading up-hill the quaint village of Mellieha one can pick up a bargain from all sorts of trading shops, supermarkets, fish monger, banks, ATM, booking offices, chemists, trendy restaurants cafes and more.
